Paleo Day 19

M1: 1 pork loin
M2: Coconana Eggs
M3: Kelp Noodle Salad with Shrimp
M4: Kelp Noodle Salad with Shrimp
M5: Moose Meat broiled with tomatoes and onions
M6: Moose Meat broiled with tomatoes and onions

Throughout the day I was feeling a tad gassy.  I also had that I couldn’t eat enough sensation all afternoon, which is always a bit irritating.

I’m not sure what I ate that was causing a disturbance with my digestion.  I may have to cut the garlic, but it could maybe also be the nightshades.

I’m not sure what to omit or watch for.

      I’m always looking for new recipes. I must admit that lately I’ve been so busy I haven’t done much experimenting in the kitchen! Tomorrow I have the evening off, so I think I better make good use of my time. 😀 Thanks for all the great tips, Paleo Day 21 is now under the belt.
