Weekends always seem to blow by, they are so busy, I have little quality time with my laptop. I’m always trying to remember what the heck I was doing and eating. In fact, I’m just exhausted.
But anyway, I bought the Paleo solution last week and it’s been stealing all of my time and attention. I’m not going to lie I’m so intrigued by it, I’m actually considering going Paleo for 30 days. That’s right folks I’m voluntarily subjecting myself to 30 days of no dairy, no grains. Yes I am crazy! But if the results will be as good as they claim, I may just be sold on the lifestyle.
