Zee weekend

Another blurry weekend under the belt. Always full of work and very little rest, I’m looking forward to taking a day of in two weeks.  I have to remember when I’m tired to keep my eye on the prize, no more student debt and 1 very bedazzled bikini.  I mean what more could a girl want, ok maybe a few pairs of shoes.

The Eating

Fri
M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 1/2 c of oats, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut and 4 eggs (2 yolk) and cinnamon
M3: salad and tuna with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
M4: 1 slice of ham
M5: 1 can of tuna with pesto 😀 & salad
M6: 4 eggs (2 yolk) and salsa

Sat
M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 1/2 cup of oats, cinnamon
M3: turkey bites
M4: turkey bites and 3 cups of salad with artichokes, sundried tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
M5: 4 avocado deviled eggs
M6: 3 cups of salad with artichokes, sundried tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. 1 can of tuna

Sun
M1:1 scoop of protien powder
M2: 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 tbsp of sunbutter, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of oats
M3: I chicken leg
M4: 1 chicken leg and 3 cups of lettuce
M5: 4 eggs (2 yolk) and salsa
M6 Scheduled cheat: homemade sunbutter chocolate cup and some gluten free, sugar free coconut, oat, banana cookies 😀

Sadly along with being very busy this weekend my computer is still being repaired.  Stay tuned for recipe and photo updates.  I promise they are on the way!
