This weekend was busy and very exciting.
A point form synopsis of this weekend would be:
- Worked 15.5 hours
- Had my first posing session in the middle of my very busy gym, nerve racking but awesome
- Anaphylaxsis
- Did a killer leg workout and a killer chest and tris workout
- Won a free Tim Horton’s donut on the roll up the rim (woo wee, I’m excited even though I can’t eat them!)
- Decided to give up dairy and is thinking of an appropriate award to give myself at the end of March for starting to be dairy free prior to contest prep.
The Eating:
M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 4 eggs (2 yolk), 1/2 cup of oats, cinnamon and 1 banana
M3: chicken breast
M4: chicken breast and roasted peppers
M5: Greek salad with Souvlaki chicken
M6: tuna & salsaThe Eating:
M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 1/2 cup of oats, 1 scoop of protein, 2 tsps of sunbutter
M3: 1 chicken leg
M4: 4 eggs (2 yolk) & salsa
M5: 1 can of tuna, 1 avocado & salsa
M6: 1 piece of steak (strip loin), 2 cups of greens, 5 sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and oven roasted bell peppers and onions with lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and lemon Mrs. Dash.

I used to be SO afraid to pose in my gym… now I do it constantly. Without thinking. And withotu ANY shame!!
I never win on roll up the rim…. but if I do it’s ALWAYS a donut or cookie. Never coffee! Lol

It’s funny I mentioned to the gym owner that I was shy posing in the gym on the weekend. His response was “you could always do it in the girl’s change room”, my response was “nah, I need to loose my sense of shame sooner or later.” 😀
