Yesterday was a great day.  I ate well and I felt well.  I got in two awesome workouts: 1 super hard leg workout followed by an hour of highland dancing two hours later.  But today, I feel like I got hit by a truck emotionally.  I’m headachy, tired and to be honest having a bit of a personal pity party.  I’ve been working 7 day weeks and the tiredness is starting to catch up with me.  However life has been so expensive lately, I don’t feel like I can afford to take time off.  I’m feeling a little down and out when I probably should be proud of myself.  How I manage to get done what I do get done with the time that I have is pretty impressive.

Anyway, I’m hoping to get to bed early and start tomorrow on a positive note with a new exciting, clean breakfast.  Pork chops and grilled apples!

The Eating:

M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2:  1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup blueberries, cinnamon, 4 eggs (2 yolk)
M3: 1 can of tuna with salsa
M4: ground beef, cucumber & 3 omega 3’s
M5: greek salad, no dressing with chicken
M6: greek salad, no dressing with chicken

The Eating:

M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana, cinnamon, 4 eggs (2 yolk)
M3: ground beef and 1/2 cucumber with 3 omega 3 capsules
M4:1/2 cucumber, 1 can of tuna with pesto
M5: 1 can of tuna with pesto
M6: 4 eggs (2 yolk) with salsa and avocado
