M1: 1 scoop of protein powder
M2: 4 eggs (2 yolk), 1/2 cup of oats, cinnamon and blueberries
M3: 1 can of tuna with salsa & guacamole
M4: 2 chicken drumsticks, 3 omega three capsules & half a cucumber
M5: 2 chicken drumsticks and chili with more guac!
M6 : 3 chicken drumsticks with raw broccoli and carrots
