M1: protein powder in water
M2: 1/2 c oats with blueberries and 4 hardboiled eggs (2 yolks)
M3: pork tenderloin stew (beans, carrots, parsnips, curry, onion and garlic)
shortly after this first meal I felt tired and wanted dearly to have a nap despite having had 8 hours of sleep the night before. Started knitting to try and keep myself awake. I’m knitting this gorgeous malabrigo shawl that ‘s so pretty!
M4: pork tenderloin stew (beans, carrots, parsnips, curry, onion and garlic) + oodles and oodles of spinach chips (spinach toasted with a little chili powder) so tasty and I was in the mood for something crispy
M5: I had intended on eating pan fried pickerel in tomato sauce, but the fish tasted terrible. I’m not sure if was freezer burnt, so I tossed it, because it was terrible, so more stew!
**snacked in between on carrot sticks with hummus
M6: tuna with pesto and 5 sundried tomatoes dripping with olive oil!
