M1: 1 scoop of protein in water
M2: 1 banana, 1 hardboiled egg & 2 pieces of multigrain toast, not the greatest I know. I was tired, in a rush and unprepared
M3: 3 cups of salad with 1 chicken leg and yogurt dressing with a tbsp of cheese
M4: deviled eggs, beet salad, grape leaves & s:nap peas with hummus
M5: 1 scoop of protein powder in water with instant espresso
M6: pork loin stew (white kidney beans, cauliflower, carrots, onion, parsnips, garlic, curry)
I’m literally full of beans and ready for bed!
