The Eating

M1: Scoop of Protein & water
M2: 1/2 c oats, 1 banana, cinnamon, 4 eggs (1 yolk), splash of milk
M3: spaghetti squash, pesto, ground moose and pine nuts
M4: Chicken with Spinach
M5: Chicken with raw veggies
M6: ff plain yogurt with pumpkin, cinnamon and a sprinkle of Splenda & chicken with sunbutter
